Hotel Policies

– A valid photo ID and credit card are both required at check-in. The hotel takes a credit pre-authorization of $100.00 and does not accept cash deposits.

– Check-in time is after 3PM and check out is before 11AM. If you plan to arrive after 11PM, please call us at (619) 223-5545.

– Once checked in, no cancellations.

-We highly recommend that you reserve directly with us to receive the best rate. Reservations made through a third party website (like Expedia or Booking.com) can only be modified through their website.

-If we need to contact you about important information regarding your reservation, we will be unable to do so as only the online travel agent has your contact information.

-Please call us at (619) 223-5545 if you have any questions about your reservation.

– All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.

– NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Guest rooms that have evidence of any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.

-This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in guest room or within hotel facility. If anyone in guest’s party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room, would be in excess of $500.00 plus. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged if the event that damages outlined herein occur.
