What is being done to ensure the health & safety at Sunrise Inn San Diego during the Coronavirus pandemic?

Here at Sunrise Inn San Diego our guests and employee safety is our number one priority. All employees have been trained to clean and disinfect in effort to stop the spread of Coronavirus so that our guests feel safe during their stay with us through these unprecedented times. We have implemented a protocol that requires all staff to disinfect “high traffic” areas frequently throughout the day. We take this protocol seriously in every aspect of our business in order to keep our guests and employees safe.

What time is Check-in and Check-out at Sunrise Inn San Diego?

Check-in time starts at 02:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Guests arriving after 9PM should contact the hotel for check-in instructions.

Early check-in is subject to availability for an additional fee of USD $20.
Late check-out is subject to availability for an additional fee of USD $40.

What’s the cancellation policy?

We have a 72-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you don’t show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night.

What services does Sunrise Inn Provide to guests?

With a commitment to guest satisfaction, we offer amenities and services to ensure a greatstay with a complimentary WiFi to keep guests connected. Our concierge service is always available to assist guests with reservations, excursion tickets, and dining recommendations. Although we are within walking distance to several popular restaurants and bars, we offer vending machines with a variety of beverages for the convenience of our guests. Additional services include a friendly and helpful multilingual staff, baggage storage, a business center (a fee might apply), fax & copy services (a fee might apply), and express check-in and check-out.

Yes, there’s complimentary compact self-parking available for guests.

Is there a fee for additional guests and children?

Yes. Up to two children 12 years of age and younger stay for free when staying with parents or guardian and use existing bedding. Rollaway beds are available for USD 20 per day. The max number of extra beds in any room is 1. All older children or adults are charged USD 20 per night when using existing beds.

Are pets allowed?

No. Only ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel.

Does Sunrise Inn San Diego have smoking rooms?

No, smoking is prohibited at the hotel.
